Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering / BS Chem / Chem Tech
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Hardworking, honest and has initiative
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
Qualifications:
- Provides quality technical support to the assigned sales personnel by:
- Monitoring the water treatment of the clients served
- Conducting weekly water analysis and BET twice a month
- Analyzing and interpreting results, generating reports and discussing it with customers
- Identifying problem areas of system treated
- Reporting any problem or any potential improvements identified on system treated and discussing it during technical meetings
- Acts as Sales support by:
- Assisting agents in sales efforts and promotion
- Making offers/quotation
- Serving as a link to customer complaints
- Maintains quick files of products MSDS (Materials Safety and Data Sheet), Product Brochures, and test procedures by:
- Maintaining sets of copies in survey forms (water treatment, wastewater treatment, and RO), and complaint forms.
- Maintaining and updating “things to do” notebook.
- Being knowledgeable on the safety and proper handling/ application of all products by studying and familiarizing products MSDS.
- Being familiar with cost-value-analysis, ROI computation and payback period of softener, RO system, ZETA rod and chemicals.
- Should be receptive to product improvement and do all necessary corrective measures in the overall performance of Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans and implements the right procedure in conducting water sampling and water analysis of the different clients geared into full customer satisfaction
- Ensures correctness on the analysis resins, bunkers, silica, water analysis and scales analysis of different clients and records/ monitors results furnishes copies to the Immediate Superior
- Submits analysis reports promptly to Sales Personnel/Immediate Superior on the analysis done
- Informs the Immediate Superior/Senior Manager (Sales Acquisition and Retention on the technical matters and problems encountered on daily undertaking for the possible resolution & correction
